Business Development Manager (Business Consulting) Your role will be to deliver an international growth strategy. •Develop new business opportunities and wins sales with new clients as agreed with the Leadership team in a market. •Support the corporate growth plans and prioritise prospects in a market. •Manage the new business sales process through qualification, needs analysis, stakeholder mapping, product demonstration and negotiation •Engage with new clients to sell products and services and build strong relationships. •Once contracts are won, rolls out the optimum operating model to get new clients.Ensure plans are well executed and deployed consistently. •Ensure that there is internal alignment in terms of resource and capability to meet expansion needs. •Ensure that market knowledge, operational know-how and best practice is leveraged.
