Cost Consultancy Project Manager
As Project Manager you will be entrusted to work on a range of small but more challenging projects, ranging from £5m to £20m project or as part of a project management team undertaking discreet tasks on a large/major project, £20m upwards, under the general guidance of an Associate Project Manager/Associate/Director

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Public & Private Sectors
- Planning & Programming skills
- Management of client consultant team (design, cost, planning, H&S)
- Chairing and minuting Project Team Meetings
- Leading Steering Group Presentations
- Managing Change Control
- Process Setting Project Strategies
- Contract Administration
- Project Reporting
Minimum Requirements
- Solid background of project managing small or medium scale healthcare projects.(<£1m-£15m)
- 5 – 8 years Proven project management experience in a professional environment.
- Proven pre & post contract experience including contract administration in a lead role
- Experience of a variety of project types / sizes / sectors
- Excellent interpersonal skills – written and oral
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Qualified – Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Degree
- Gained or Working towards Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or other equivalent institution
- APM affiliation preferred (as secondary accreditation)
- Prince2 or MSP experience
- CSCS card
